About Winter Cloths Fashion
A clothing guide written from the factory floor: how fabrics feel, wear, wash and fit — and why.
Winter Cloths Fashion answers the questions people have about the clothes they buy: Will this shrink? Will the color run? Will it pill? Is it cool enough for summer? Which size should I order?
Why this site exists
Most clothing advice online is written by people who have only ever seen the finished garment. The answers to most clothing problems, though, are decided much earlier — in the fiber, the yarn, the knit or weave, the dye and the finish. Our guides are written by a textile engineer who works on exactly those stages every day.
So instead of “wash in cold water and hope”, you get the reason a fabric behaves the way it does, what to look for before you buy, and what actually fixes the problem.

What makes our guides different
- Technical, but plain. We explain fiber science in everyday words and use diagrams wherever a picture explains it faster.
- Measured where possible. When we give a number, we say how it was measured. Read how we test.
- Practical. Every guide ends with what to buy, what to avoid and what to do next.
- Kept up to date. Guides show the date they were last reviewed, and we correct mistakes quickly. See our editorial policy.
Who is behind it
